Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers when applicable.

HouseOfRaeGold is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a $6 reshipment fee must be paid before the order can be shipped again.

No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
